As I stepped out the door this morning it was snowing heavily again. We got another 3cm or so in town. The drive up the West side of the hump was pretty treacherous, far worse than yesterday morning ironically but this time as soon as I came down the East side all the snow disappeared…

Update: 9:04AM they finally issued a snowfall warning for the East Coast. I’ve just spent the past hour in Parksivlle and it has gotten very windy and the snow is really coming down now and its sticking. If you don’t have to come over here today. I would advise NOT. The Bus drivers are telling…

Update: Surprise! We have a Winner. Major event possible tonight through Wednesday.
UPDATE 12PM – As expected the 11AM update brought a Snowfall Warning for the Alberni Valley and Inland Sections of Vancouver Island. The East Coast still ‘only’ has a Wind Warning. I am somewhat surprised they didn’t issue a Snowfall Warning for the East Coast as well but we’ll see what happens. Scattered precipitation will…
