    It will be in the low thirties or high twenties all week. In fact, the models has the heat intensifying next weekend. The BC Wildfire service predicts an extreme fire danger rating for our forests starting on the 30th so expect to be under a campfire ban around that time. That’s it! Enjoy the sun!

  • UPDATE: Campfire Ban lifted, temporarily. Rain this afternoon and tomorrow morning – Then warm weather returns

    UPDATE 3PM: Sorry little late on this, but the campfire ban has been lifted in our area (Coastal BC) thanks to the rain today and expected overnight.  You should still be very careful in the woods as the rain may be somewhat localized and expect the ban to return probably within a week as we get back…
