MoT just updated their page at 4:45PM Monday June 19

It says:

“The highway is not expected to open to travel before the June 24-25 weekend.”
“All assessments are complete and work is underway to prepare the site for single lane re-opening”
“At the time of reopening, travelers can expect single-lane alternating traffic control with long queues for access to the single lane portions. The detour route will remain open until the highway is restored to regular capacity”
The Detour route will remain open. “Only essential travel is recommended.“

Forecast

We will get gradually warmer as the week goes on. We may hit a peak of 30ºC on Friday and then Saturday/Sunday will go back down into the mid-twenties.

There is no expectation for significant rainfall through the first week of July.
