OK not really. 🙂 A front should sweep over the Island and start to deliver showers and rain in the around noon and 1PM timeframe today as you can see below:

It will intensify through the afternoon and evening with a peak around 6PM and possibly another peak around 9PM before it gradually tapers off and stops around sunrise Friday morning

Total for the event between 4AM Thursday/Friday is up to 30mm. (green)

We will get some more showers on Friday night but it should clear by Saturday morning.  However, another strong front will move in Saturday afternoon and deliver more rain Saturday night.  We will get a break between systems again before yet another rain front moves in Sunday afternoon and that one is currently slated to hang around until Tuesday.

Welcome to Fovember!
