The UWash model is completely dry for the next 7 days. There is not a hint of rain.
This is due to the jetstream flowing up and around a high that is anchored along the coast.

You can see that the high has shifted slightly to the East by Monday which may let a few clouds and a slight chance of precipitation, but also notice there is a bit of a break in the jet with a new wave appraoching from the west as well as a new area of high pressure to the south. All a recipe for a continuation of the same pattern of cool and dry, and foggy weather.
The fog and inversion in the morning will be persistent but hopefully it breaks in the afternoons.
