1:30AM Sunday (ya, ya, why am I awake at 4:30AM in Ontario? I dunno. :))

EC has issued another wind warning for East and West Vancouver Island. East Island can expect up to 80kph and West up to 100kph.

There is no warning for Inland sections but expect gusty winds and heavy rain through the night and as the front passes early Sunday morning. Image below shows it passing over the southern section of the Island in the 1-4AM period Sunday.

Winds and rain should die down completely by 10AM Sunday.

Totals for rain between 4PM-4PM Sat/Sun are up to the 60mm range but double that or more in the hills and mountains.

Expect ferry cancellations Sunday morning and power outages are likely on either side if the Island.
