Another beautiful fall day is on the way once the fog burns off. Get on your bike if you can and enjoy a ride! I went down to the Harbour Quay on Monday morning and it was very nice. Cool and quiet. Perfect for a bike ride!

You can still register for Gobybike week and be entered for prizes here: GoByBikebc! Even if it’s just around the block. 🙂

We should stay warm and sunny and dry but there is a risk that the smoke from new fires in California could reach our shores again by Wednesday.

Tyler Hamilton also put up a graph of the past 25 years of smoke reports at Victoria. You can imagine what it looks like. This is a very recent phenomenon, but unfortunately it is expected to be an annual occurrence now.

That’s all for now! I will post again if the smoke situation becomes a little more certain.

Happy Tuesday!
