You will notice no updates on the conditions on the website this morning and probably all day as I will be switching ISPs from Telus to Shaw on Tuesday.

Since they are coming in the morning after I’ve gone to work, this is likely to interrupt all live updates until I am able to reconfigure everything and get it all going again Tuesday night.

As for the weather, you will step out the door to partly cloudy, and surprisingly light skies. As I sit on the bus here at 6:50AM in Qualicum I see the sky already brightening for morning. The days are getting longer!

There are reports of nasty conditions on Sutton Pass. Lots of snow and slippery roads so please be careful. The Hump is just wet.

We had 9mm of rain since midnight when I left this morning. We can expect a bunch more rain on Wednesday as the strongest system so far pushed through. Expect 20-25mm on Wednesday.

There remains a chance for a little white stuff on Thursday as things cool down and but it is looking drier now, than wet.

Happy Tuesday!!
