Unexpectedly decent weekend and unpredictable week – Almost done redesign.

The Weekend was not nearly as dreary as we might have feared. This week is looking just as unpredictable. Lets hope it turns out on the brighter side like it did this weekend.

The worst looks like tonight and tomorrow with a bit of rain.

The best looks like Friday and Saturday when we should get a bunch more sun.

Long range looks dry, but not particularly warm. Lets hope they underestimate the temperature and we get a few days over 20C. Our normal high temperature for this time of year is around 19C. So our forecasts haven’t quite gotten there yet.

Design update continues.

My apologies for not getting the design update finished more quickly. But as with many things, the can of worms ended up larger than anticipated. Users of devices and screens larger than 1000 pixels should be all good to go but I’m still working on screens smaller than that.

For interest sake. Here is the rundown of all of the screen sizes and the percentage of users on the website that use them:

Over 60% of people use screens larger than 1000 pixels. Maximize your window to see it in its widest. I will be continuing work on smaller screen sizes. Please leave feedback in the comments or send them to chrisale@gmail.com All feedback is welcome, good, bad and ugly! 🙂

If you are wondering why the temperature and wind are coloured, it’s a way I’m using to tell the differences between screens. If you resize your screen you’ll see those colours change and the layout change as well. Once everything is done I will of course take the colour away, unless you all say you like them! 🙂
