We got through most of yesterday with just a few sprinkles, but if you were like me and had a son or daughter playing softball, then you know that about 6PM the clouds opened up and the rain poured.

Amazingly, my sons game continued. They toughed out three big downpours…. and still played a great game! 🙂

The good news is June-nuary looks like it is taking a break.  We have a few more showers to get through today and a little bit Thursday but it is definitely drying up and we see a pretty dramatic shift from partly cloudy an 19 on Friday to sunny and 31 on Saturday and Sunday and then staying warm next week!

So fear not, summer is coming.  The gardens have got their last big drink. I hope your water barrels are full because we could be in for a hot dry summer!

Happy Tuesday!
