The EC forecast is at odds a bit in terms of the timing of the precipitation tomorrow (Thursday). They are saying snow mixed with rain in the morning. The GFS and UWash forecast has less chance of snow and not until Thursday afternoon or evening.

Either way it doesn’t look like a lot of precip. Maybe 20mm at most.

The more interesting outlook is for Saturday and Sunday when both the Canadian and GFS are saying we might get some storminess with rain and wind. Sunday looks especially wet right now.

In the long long range looking out toward Christmas, the forecast went from showing lots of precipitation at near freezing temps, to very little precipitation at below freezing temps. It’s still too early to pin it down, so no white Christmas predictions yet. 🙂

And in case you missed in my last post, my weather station has been returned by UPS to Davis. J don’t know why… But I ain’t payin’ for shipping twice! *grumble*. Hopefully it is here in time for Christmas.
