There’s no doubt we will get rain and a bunch of it, but the difference in the Canadian and American models is pretty dramatic.

The Canadian model is calling for around the same as yesterday… about 120mm from Friday through Monday. The GFS (US) meanwhile (use code CWQC) has bumped its forecast up to over 150mm.

That is a lot, and after our record dry spell it will feel like Noah’s Ark is around the corner.

We will find out starting Friday afternoon. We shouldn’t get much wind with it, just a good ol’fashioned soaking.
