The heat has finally abated and it looks like it might be gone for now.

There are showers in the forecast for Wednesday. Below is the accumulation up to Thursday morning. Red is up to 8mm.

Chance of showers will start between 8-11AM Wednesday. It will kind of come in little waves… Most of the wetness looks set to get us Wednesday evening and night. There might be some lingering showers on Thursday and Friday but then Saturday and Sunday look sunny and hot again. A hot end to a hot summer!

Environment Canada is calling for 32° C on Sunday. That would easily challenge for a record. We will see if that forecast holds.
