Variable but pleasant week – No Tsunami Threat from Mexico quake (monitoring)

Oaxaca, Mexico quake produces threat for Mexican, Latin America coasts.

Southern Mexico experienced an earthquake this morning of Magnitude 7.4 Earthquake this morning.

There is no threat to the BC or US Coasts.

I’m posting updates on Twitter.

Hopefully the damage is not too sever from the Earthquake and resulting waves.

Variable week, wet tonight, hot Thursday.

We are still very much in a pre-summer pattern of mish-mash of cloudy and sunny and rainy but warm weather.

Tuesday night should feature rain as a system quickly passes through starting around Midnight.

It should be done by Wednesday morning and we should see decent weather for the rest of the week.

It’s expected to be hot and sunny, up to 28ºC on Thursday but we’ll switch back to a chance of showers on Friday morning and lingering into Saturday.

Overal though, the weekend looks pretty nice right now through to Canada Day on Wednesday.

Happy Tuesday!
