The forecast now shows warming up to 19C for Saturday the 14th. Dare we hope that comes true?
Chris…love the site…always so informative and pretty darn accurate. Great to have a local person who understands patterns and applies them to the forecast!
Is a UV index reading of over 16 correct? It seems very high compared to other readings I’ve seen.

I’ve been meaning to talk about the UV readings. I’ve had extreme readings like that before, but it seems to be quite rampant this year. At this point I would disregard any reading above 8, especially this time of year. However, I’m going to talk to Davis, the manufacturer of the station to see if it is a hardware fault or it is to be expected.I’ll let folks know here when I know.
