June is historically the last gasp for cool rainy weather before the summer really gets going and it appears that after setting some surprisingly high temperatures to start the month, now we will have to suffer through one of those cool spells.

We can see it in the 16 day multi-model forecast through SpotX.  Notice the max and min temperatures don’t change from now through the 23rd and also come closer together indicating very little variability during the day.  A sign of cloudiness.

Also notice the rainfall which predicts just over 50 mm over the period.  This would set us up for normal rainfall which is 62mm for June.

It should be drizzly with maybe some wind in the afternoon today with highs maybe getting to 20°C.  Expect more showers on Thursday and Friday, as you can see below.

At least it’s better than dealing with a massive wildfire threat.  Water from the sky is good 🙂
