After setting a high temperature record on Sunday (my 37th Birthday! :)) of 13.9°C.  This beats a record set in 2007 at the Airport of 13.7°C.

As it often does around Remembrance Day, it’s going to feel like winter this week, that’s for sure.  There is a strong ridge building in the Interior that is going make it very chilly there with temperature touching or going just below freezing.

HOOOOOONK 🙂

That cold air will spill out of the Inlets and onto the Coast.  If the outflow winds are strong enough they could clear out our fog, if not, we will end up in the soup.  As we are this morning.  Let’s hope we at least get some sunny afternoons, the morning’s though are likely to be a write off. Bundle up.

One thing the models from UWash are really not good at is predicting relative humidity in events like this.  Right now, their model has us expecting humidity of 40-50%.  This would likely mean no fog.  Obviously we are in the fog at 99% humidity.

The coldest morning should be Wednesday morning but we are also expecting frost tonight.

Bundle up out there! Have a very Happy Monday. 🙂
