Hey everyone.

Looks like we should get back to relatively normal June temperatures this week (~20C). Should make it a little easier on the watering regime for the gardens.

On Sunday you likely noticed a bit of downtime from the weather feed as I was applying a major upgrade to the wview software behind the scenes as well as moving it to a new platform (my Mac Mini). It’s far more capable of slinging around the 390,000 records I’ve accumulated over the past 3.5 years!

The intermittent downtime might continue into today and tomorrow as I revamp a little of the backend to bring it up to speed with the new software but there shouldn’t be too much disruption to the webpage. The main thing you will notice is the graphs will be stuck at yesterday for the next day or two as I update their software in order to comply with the new wview datafeed.

All in all. It’s just a bunch of tech stuff. Should be done in a day or two. But not a huge amount of disruption anyway. 🙂

Cheers!

Chris

  1. I’m thinking I was liking the 30+ temps with low (less than 20%) humidity vs this 24 with 40+% humidity right now.

A breeze would sure be nice too!

  2. Ya 35 was a little much for me at night at least, but I can handle 27-30. Which should be what we get the next few days! 🙂

The updates behind the scenes are going well. The Graphs are back online and the Almanacs should be back later today.
