Update 3:30PM:

Get ready for the deluge.

The rain should start between noon and 2PM. The real fun won’t come until tonight though with very heavy rain predicted between 8-11PM and lasting until morning.

We should easily get 50mm possibly up to 60mm between now and tomorrow morning.

We may also see some very strong wind gusts tonight around the region with a pocket of 50-60knot (100kph) winds developing off Barkley Sound, in Juan deFuca Strait and off Vancouver Airport/Tsawwassen
