Hopefully we get a little breath of wind but we usually get the Southerly and Sou’Westerly flows. Nice little low creeping up the coast there.

O.K. even if it’s not a huge one like in 2006…..it still works for me! Rain, wind, wind, wind (my favourite thing)etc.etc. Wish I was where Tamara was though.
Fall/winter storms, bring em on!

me, i’m dreading the winter weather now — before, seeing the big storms coming was a reliable predictor of being able to stay at home. Now although I have a regular schedule, I’m still outdoors, on the water (though not offshore), and I have to contend with the dreaded Highway 4 commute to Tofino.
On the other hand, on my off days i like to see rain bringing fish into the rivers. =)
I’m just not looking forward to driving that nasty highway in crappy conditions in the wee hours of the morning!
